Elisabeth Rineer
"Intuitive, thorough, very well trained"
Elisabeth was introduced to massage therapy through her own battle with various health struggles, as she sought out ways to manage her pain and heal her body from trauma. Through that time she found that massage and bodywork were incredibly beneficial to overall health and wellness as well as individual conditions. She has been licensed as a Massage Therapist since 2016 (License Number - MSG #010930) after graduating from the Pennsylvania Institute of Massage Therapy.
Elisabeth believes God created the human body with a natural ability to heal itself if given the right environment. She utilizes her expertise to assist in this process. Through listening to the body’s responses and thoughtful communication with the client, she combines the knowledge of her clinical education with a true care of the body in order to provide a thorough, soothing, and effective massage. Using firm pressure is her strength, combining relaxation, various modalities and muscle work to give the client an overall beneficial experience.
She has been professionally trained in many different modalities, including MyoFascial Release Technique, Prenatal & Postpartum Massage, Infant Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Hot Stone Therapy, Cold Stone Therapy for Headaches & Migraines, Trigger Point Therapy, Aromatherapy, and Canine Massage.
Elisabeth is a certified member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). Elisabeth is also an Independent BEMER Distributor. She humbly gives back to the community by volunteering with outreach programs including Joni & Friends, various churches, and conferences.
In the future, Elisabeth hopes to pursue Trauma Touch Therapy.
Elisabeth loves to travel, cook, bake, enjoy theatre productions, and spend time with family and friends.
“I believe massage therapy is important because it brings a deeper, more intuitive knowledge of your body and your health. It can bring more understanding, helping each individual to know their body and how it functions, therefore being able to recognize when it is out of whack. We are with our bodies every day of our lives - so it’s important to understand them and know what health feels like in our muscles.”
